the Firm
The Farrington Law Firm, LLC was founded in 2003 to provide a unique alternative to employers facing employee-related litigation. The firm's attorneys all have significant employment law and litigation experience with nationally recognized law firms. Our attorneys’ breadth of experience working with the nation’s largest employers and most sophisticated consumers of legal services enables the firm to combine a commitment to excellence and responsiveness typical of a large law firm with the efficiencies and personal service of a boutique law firm.
The Farrington Law Firm, LLC regularly represents businesses, large and small, in civil litigation and federal, state and local government investigations throughout the United States. In addition to the firm’s nationwide litigation and government investigation practices, our attorneys work with clients daily providing advice on the myriad of statutes governing the employer-employee relationship, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans With Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Family and Medical Leave Act. The firm’s attorneys also regularly draft employee handbooks, executive contracts and non-competition agreements and routinely conduct management training programs.
The firm represents a broad and diverse range of clients, including US Airways, Sodexho, Advanced Micro Devices, Patriot Technologies, Streamline Productions, EchoStorm, NewWave Technologies, Dynanet Corporation, Architectural Ceramics and a number of smaller, growing employers, including medical practices, restaurant interests and a nationwide art consulting firm. Our attorneys also represent senior executives in select matters, including executive employment contract negotiations.
